These are my BBK 1515 headers that go on my 347 ci ford motor, I decided to use CeraKote C-148 Burnt Bronze as the color of the ceramic coating. It is an extremely easy thing to do, so I've decided to ceramic coat every piece of my exhaust which goes all the way to the back of the truck. The process for doing them is:
1. Sandblast all parts.
2. Place parts in oven and cook for 2 hours at 400 degrees
3. Wipe all areas down with acetone or alcohol to removes any oils that are on the surface.
4. Follow spray instructions from Cerakote at 30 PSI to spray about 3 coats on.
5. Allow to cure 24 hours before handling. full cure is 5 days.
I only used about 3 ounces of product to coat both headers. It goes a long way

Below are photos of the finished headers. I'll add more photos of the finished sections as I go along.

The crazy 180 degree hoop up and over the rear axle to get my exhaust out the back of the truck.

Looks awesome - I was tempted to use the Glacier Black air-cured Cerakote on all my hardware including headers & side pipes, but ultimately decided to stick with the stainless and chrome look. But I did research the Cerakote C-series pretty extensively and by all the reviews it seems it is pretty tough stuff so I think you will be happy in the long run. Your pipes turned out great.

thank you. I, as you did, did a lot of research before deciding to ceramic coat them. I started with just the headers but now im going from them, all the way back.
