E brake won't grab on passenger side

Hello everyone, build 10314 is going very well and looking to finish in the next month or so.

I am having a problem with my e brake not grabbing completely on the passenger side. It definitely is touching the rotor as I can hear and feel the drag, but it will not grab and hold the rotor. The drivers side is working excellent. I press the brake peddle and both rear brakes are working good and grabbing. I have tightened the e brake adjustment to as far as I can, and the passenger side still does not grab fully. Does someone out there have some advice if they had this problem and how did they fix it, adjust the caliper or what have you. 11.65 standard FFR brakes with IRS. Thank you Honest Ernie

I would check the slack in the cable on that side.

There is no balance bar in the Factory five setup. So if one cable is slightly longer than the other it wont work. I have made up spacers to put between the cable and the hole it goes in to on the caliper.
