Just about finished my 818C build. I have these 2 panels that are not in my build manual info and couldn't find by doing a search. I assume they are for the 818S and I don't need them.

Check Appendix B Aluminum Panels, parts 5 and 32, Front Wheel Splash Guards in Manual rev 1Z.

Thank you. Found them. They are a different part number in my manual than the number on the panels. My manual shows them with the large cutout as well, so I didn't recognize them in the picture.

Yeah, my paper manual is Rev 1Q from 2016. After calling and requesting their latest version, I was sent a link to Rev 1Z in 2021. Seems like they would want all the active builders to have the latest version of the manual. It, for instance, has an updated drawing in Appendix B that shows panels that look like yours.

But the car is pretty much done now, so really doesn't matter. There are a couple small very thick aluminum pieces left that I never figured out what they might be for. But my kit was bought from someone who started it and bought a lot of extra hardware for it, so never sure what came with the kit and what was bought after.
