Guys, I just removed the Passenger side roll bar from its packaging and when I installed it, it wouldn't fit.
When I say it wouldn't fit, I meant the the single bar would not fit on the loop because the loop attachment is at a different angle than the single bar attaching to it.
What are my options at this point. The chrome is also pitted extremely bad out of the box. This came with the kit when it was shipped.
I tried every way I could to contact Factory Five. But could reach no human. I even called the contact I had when they shipped it.
Very frustrating.
Thanks,
Ernie Orwig

What do you mean that it is at a different angle? Can you include pictures?

Mine came with two driver's side roll bars. I contacted FFR and they sent me a passenger one. I have had luck emailing them in the past, but it sometimes took several days or even a few weeks to get a response. Keep trying to contact them. In my experience they have been super helpful.

try mating the rear leg with the hoop before you let the hoop fully drop onto the pegs. this will help. also some emory cloth/sand paper to the mating surfaces and some grease will help get the pieces on and off.

yea, I tried all that and it got me a tad closer.
The driver side single bar rotates free when installed all the way.
The passenger is bound up solid with a 1/4 left to go.

if the angle of the rear bar mount is a bit off, you can try bending it a bit with a long iron pipe and some brute force.
