Do the threaded sleeves need anti sieze , regular grease , or not needed?

The adjuster sleeves? A touch of anti-seize is good practice.

Your wheel alignment guy will certainly be glad you put a tad of anti seize on the threaded control arm adjuster sleeves.

Yea, I've heard that once you open it, it's hard to keep it from getting everywhere.

That is why I hate the stuff. I keep red synthetic bearing grease handy because I feel it is safe for everything including if I need to lube plastic/rubber bushings
