Just a short note to mention that windscreen and hatch glass has no UV/IR film. The hatch can be tinted pretty easily, although its complex concave curve will likely foil any attempt to apply a film in one sheet (two sheets has been my experience; The seam is practically not noticeable).
Windscreen is a bit more interesting. I opted for a visor brow (as I have no visors :-). This is obviously easier to do before installing the windscreen. Take care with your alignment of frit, epoxy dam and tint film - these all need to line up fairly exactly. You guessed it: I installed my own windshield :-)
