Cut inner door edge that sticks up

This edge that they left at the top inner edge of the door I assume you grind down to make the top of the door flat. Am I correct in saying that?

FFR like any other business must keep on rotating / replacing employees in the fiberglass portion of their business. The inconsistency of panels out of the factory is somewhat surprising. My Gen2 kit I got in Sept of 2020 had that edge removed. Odd some do and some don't.
