now that my car is at Ken's - what items would you guys recommend to do to prep the body before painting?

here's my short list that i want prepped - am I missing anything?

windshield wiper holes
trunk filler panel painted to match stripe (I have this already)
3rd brake light - drilled/mounted (I provided this)
common holes drilled for turn signals, headlights, gas cap, trunk wires, license plate holes
- NO mirror holes, using a windshield mounted one

defroster vent holes - I haven't laid out my hose in the dash, but should probably make provisions for this? or skip it?

anything I'm missing?

EVERYTHING needs to be pre fitted and mocked up prior to paint,; side pipes, roll bars, windshield, all lights, defroster vents, wipers, hood scoop and fasteners...EVERYTHING! The only thing I drill after paint and final assembly are the roll bar grommet screws and the windshield trim plate screws.

awesome - I did do the pre-cut option for the body so the major holes are taken care of :)
of course Ken will do his diligence, but every car is different

thinking of those - "dang I wish I would have drilled that before I had the car painted" kind-of things

on the fence with the defroster vents, I do have heat & A/C setup - but space is VERY tight for any vent placement - would really only make sense if there was a top on the car, but plan for the future?

thinking even to cut in the vents and place them, so they could be adopted in the future...

I have no top and opted out of the defrost vents. I’ll just keep a rag handy if I ever need to wipe condensation of the inside of the windshield
