I have a question about the best way to join the FFR provided e-Brake cables to the Lokar clevis bracket. Per the picture below, do I need to cut the ends of the cables off (the crimped part), then slide the cables inside the Lokar clevis bracket and tighten it down? I feel that is the right thing to do, but also that maybe I should add additional crimped ends on to the cables as a secondary safety? Any advice and pics of your setup are appreciated.

Yes you need to cut off the crimps. I added some crimps after sliding through the holes of the lokar clamp, but mainly to clean up the end of the cable. The set screws hold the cable tight.

X2. I've used that Lokar piece on two builds with no issues. Cut off the ends and put the cables into the bracket. The two set screws, properly tightened, hold the cables just fine. Lokar stuff usually is high quality and does what they're supposed to do.

Cut and fit.
