Is there a parts list for the aluminum panels? I was considering building my own cerakote oven and was hoping to figure out the cost breakdown between diy cerakote, paying for powder coating, or using some type of bed liner to coat the bottom.

Thanks!

Just so you know, CeraKote is air cured.

The aluminum panel parts are listed in a diagram in the build manual for the mounted panels and in your inventory for the loose panels.

?

Then why do they recommend a curing oven?

Sorry I wasn't clear, there are two types, air cured and oven cured. The oven cured is for extreme heat if I remember, but for you use, the air cured is perfect.

Rob,

Check out the Cerakote Air-cure ("C" series) coatings.

For most of our applications (including headers) there really isn't a significant technical or performance benefit with oven cure other than a greater color/finish selection, and many of the air-cure colors meet the same temperature ratings (1,800 degrees F.).
