Made My Final Payment! Woo Hoo!!

I ordered my MkIV Complete Kit 4/18/23 and received word from F5 that it'll be ready for pickup by Stewart on 7/1/23! Seems they've solved their supply chain issues! I made my final wire transfer payment yesterday, and I'm all set with Stewart. I'm pretty fired up to start my 2nd FFR build...the last one was in 2005, an early MkIII.

This one will be IRS and Coyote. I think I'm going with F5's Coyote crate solution...I like that it's fully assembled with Moroso pan and pickup tube, flywheel, etc. (factoryfive-at.com).

Anyway, more to come!

I'm not sure if I'm in the minority here, but I felt elated when I made final arrangements for payment and shipping, too....then I started to get doubts as the delivery approached closer:rolleyes:

I'm not exactly sure why, but the finality of it set in -- I was committed now! After a day of worrying, I calmed down because the money "was already spent"...no use in worrying about it, it was done and time to get to business.

Maybe this is a 1st-time builder issue only?

This resonates with me as well! Made my final payment a few weeks ago and production is scheduled for 6/24. Nervous about delivery but as you say - that money is gone now!
