Hey Everyone

I am putting in the rear sway bar. A few pictures in the main manual and the sway bar manual have me confused on the toe link.

I am putting the 1/4 bushing toward the rear of the car.

I am putting the 1/8 bushing toward the front of the car.

See the picture. The 1/8 is shown on the right side before it exits the bracket and the nut is there.

Do I have this correct?

I also had the toe link in and torqued down and realized the sway bar bracket had to go in. Is the nut reuseable?

Thx. Tom

I sent a tech request to FF to see if what they thought. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it, as it's the last item on the rear IRS.

Thx, Tom

I received a reply and tech indicated that it looked right. Here is the picture I sent with details. I am going to go with this and lock the IRS down this weekend.

Not to bring up an old thread, but I just finished up my IRS today, and was very disappointed in the manual for much of the IRS bits. Missing or inaccurate part numbers, etc....it's a shame the IRS part of the manual isn't rock solid at this point.

Anyway, the manual appears to contradict what FFR techs told you. The manual states 1/8" shim toward the back of the car, and the 1/4" shim toward the front:
