FFR power steering POL warning

Hi everyone,

Odds are FFR's inventory system change has caused some grief for most of us that have ordered within the last year, whether we realize it or not. Here's an important bit I learned today after sorting it out with them. If you ordered the coyote power steering option in the old system (part 16473) it incorrectly was mapped to 16799 in the new one. This is problematic as 16799 doesn't come with the pump or bracket. I'm well outside the inventory window at this point, but fortunately they acknowledge the error and added it to the MIK list.

Similar issue to this thread (https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?44849-POL-stuff) for the roadster (that was a driveshaft), so thought I'd give people a heads up its still causing problems.

FFR has always made good on missing parts regardless of whether your inventory was done within the specified time. Obviously, there may be cases where they simply refuse, but I think they have been very accommodating for the vast majority of us. I think they are also well aware of the glitches that switching to their new system may be causing and are working through the issues. It'll be a lot better in the long run for both FFR and the customer.
