I've called this question in but it's a difficult one to explain over the phone so I figured I'd try here where I can post pictures.
I'm building a Coupe. I'm fitting the Wilwood pedal assembly that came with it for the first time and my clutch pedal won't go very far forward before it hits a 3/4" square tube. It sits so high that the highest brake pedal position is only an 1 1/2" higher than the lowest clutch position.

The brake pedal will go all the way to the 'floor' but the clutch pedal won't get anywhere near it.

Sorry about the crappy pictures. For the record, adjusting the clutch cable won't make any difference (I haven't installed one). Adjusting the brake proportioning won't help either (also not installed). I have a couple short videos of the assembly. Hopefully I installed something incorrectly. The only solution I can see is cutting the offending tube, moving it and re-welding it. Before I make that bold move I'd like to hear an expert's opinion. I assume FFR has installed a Wilwood pedal assembly in a Coupe frame to verify that it fits without modifications but I've already found a couple of other Coupe builders with the same problem and they each fixed it by moving the tube.
Here are the short videos...
