Upper control arm - please confirm...

I'm in the process of replacing the donor LCA's for tubular FFR type. So now I'm needing to re-adjust the alignment I am convinced the rear jamb nut on the upper control arms are left hand thread, I need someone to confirm as they are tight and I can't move them at the moment, just need confidence I'm not trying to loosen the wrong way

Yes, the inside is a left hand thread. Turning the center section will move both ends in or out.
