Just curious what brand and or modifications needed to use them.

Sorry, no immediate help since I haven't gotten my body on yet but I WILL be using these style of headlights once I get there.
Rest assured, since those are typical Harley bagger and Jeep headlights there's no shortage of info on best models out there. The costs run the gamut as well. This industry is riddled with Chinese knock-offs, some good, some bad.

I have these, knock-off no brand. Great light quality, quantity and sharp cutoff. fit is good except that the body of the light and wires are a real tight for the standard buckets. I ended up making a larger hole in the bucket and moving the connector outside. Not ideal but put a bellows style grommet in the bucket and a rubber sock around the connection. For me the better light was worth the workarounds, also less draw.

Don't know if this is what you're looking for but I used these (https://www.carid.com/1965-ford-gt-headlights/lumen-7-round-led-halo-projector-headlights-950696332.html?parentsubmodel[]=SUBMODEL|With+Factory+2-Headlight+System) and they seem to be very good. I used the halos for daytime running lights (white) and turn signals (amber). I eliminated the round turn signal lights and bosses for a smoother look.

What’s next, laser beams? I hope I never encounter the led bulbs coming at me. I could never understand how it benefits you to blind the oncoming car. Jmo.

Holley has a line called Retrobright. Saw them at SEMA and the optics put the light where it's needed, and not in the other's eyes if properly adjusted.

I agree - when the lights are adjusted improperly.
The old sealed beams were generally bad and lacked good output control. The sealed beams are best used as targets. The newer housings, I use Hella 7" conversions, have great control, to the point of a significant line of light & dark. You can easily see it on a garage door or the car in front of you. It's also fairly easy to adjust using level ground and a flat vertical surface about 30 feet in front of the car.
Now if improperly adjusted, yes, you'll blind everyone coming your way.

What's "next" is LED matrix headlights like these:

32,000 pixels per headlight can be individually controlled. Pretty amazing tech, actually.
