Did anyone use a Motive Products Power Bleeder (pressure bleeding system) with a CNC triple reservoir? Or any CNC Inc. brake fluid reservoir?

I got the 1101 universal adapter, and while it will probably work for the outer reservoirs, the middle one just doesn't have enough room to use that generic circular adapter (or at least, so it seems).

So, if you did, can you let me what adapter you used? I did send an email to the company, with all the info and some measurements and pictures. I'll post their reply, unless someone has some firsthand experience to share.

Thanks!

Don't know if this will help but my reservoir looks very similar.

I have the Scott's triple reservoir and they sold me a spare cap for something like $25. I drilled and tapped it with a pipe thread and installed a hose barb. The only thing I had to do a little different was replace the gasket with a thicker one so it would seal tight. Ace Hardware to the rescue again!

Hey, thanks for the replies! I wish CNC Inc. was still in business, as it would make the spare cap route easy. But that AGM-BPB-CCNC sure looks something I should look into further.

Response from Motive Products, "Unfortunately, we do not have a cap that is compatible with CNC master cylinders." Considering CNC shuttered their doors a few years ago, I can't be too surprised.

I looked at the available specs on that AGM one, and went ahead and ordered it. I'm hopeful it will work; otherwise, I guess it's on to vacuum bleeding - or old timey "press... release..." with a helper.

Just sharing their answer. Thanks.

I have that setup, worked flawlessly to bleed brakes.

The AGM cap was delivered, and it fits the CNC reservoir. If I get enough of a window, I'm going to try to bleed the brakes today.

Thanks all...
