The roadster is getting aligned today. That's a very good thing. To say that it feels "darty" at the moment would be polite. Suffice it to say that my skills with the Fastrax gauges are clearly not up to snuff.
The FFR manual states to put some red loctite on the rear IRS upper control arm jam nuts after alignment. Do any of the other adjusters (front or rear) get any flavor of loctite post-alignment, or just that one?

Bump - anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I have never used loctite on any suspension part, but I don't have the new IRS. Maybe just where FFR suggests

Great - thanks Rich. I'll go with that.

Agree. Only on those IRS adjustments where FFR specifically recommends. That was from when the new version first came out (along with the large washers that are standard now) so must have been a reported problem or issue. I also put witness marks on them so they're easy to inspect. I would also recommend witness marks on the IRS axle nuts. While loosening hasn't been reported as a problem, it was on the previous version. So doesn't hurt to be proactive and keep an eye on them.

Thanks Paul. I've used torque seal on most other torqued fasteners (including the axle nuts) on the build as an easy way to do a quick visual. I'll do this on all the control arm adjusters as well.

I did an IRS retrofit on mine in fall of 2016 and did not want to do the red loctite because I expected to change alignment often until I got the autocross setting worked out. So I made bend the tab over washers. The large intermediate part of the camber adjuster kept coming loose. Admittedly I was autocrossing on Hoosier 315 tires. Once I got the setting I liked I welded that piece into the control arm so all that could move was the rod end. But it stayed tight no problem. My weld made changing camber a bit more of a trial but I didn't do it often.
