Finish Line Accessories

Ordered air duct screens from Finish Line back on 4/11, haven't shipped yet. No response from voice mail or email, anyone else having similar issues?

It has been a number of years since I ordered from Finish Line, and I believe there have been ownership changes since then. Only reason I am posting is to share that it really irks me when a company of any size does not have the decency / courtesy to communicate with customers. There is no excuse for this, for a business small or large. If you are unwilling to communicate with your customers, who are your lifeblood, you might want to think about getting out of the business. There are excuses both ways ... "we are too large to communicate with every customer" to "we are too small to communicate with every customer". Baloney. If you are out of town or unavailable, post a message on your web site or on your voicemail. I wish you well with your transaction. You may have to challenge the charges on your credit card if you don't hear from them. (Rant over!)

I ordered something last Sunday, no shipping confirmation yet, left a message today no call back yet.
McMaster/Carr sent me a text with shipping info within 12 hours of the order.
Maybe their on vacation and it may be a place that operates out of their garage.

I ordered from ********** and it took 8 months to get my items to me. There was an ownership change and I heard he had to move the business and therefore having issues. The move however was over a year ago. I too had "radio silence" when trying to contact him. I eventually got lucky and he picked up the phone one day and he managed to help me out, sending my items out the next day. Just sharing my experience.

…and ONCE AGAIN I’ll state that anyone who does business with this entity DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. This former supporting vendor was dropped for “business reasons” and is no longer allowed any screen time on this site.
