Radiator Mounting

OK, read in a previous post to forget the 5/8" offset.

Now my radiator will not mount in the front surface of the chassis mounting tabs due to interference from the side tanks hitting the chassis anteriorly. Is it ok, or suggested, to mount to the back of the tabs?

Pushing for an attempt at engine start in next 48-72 hours.

You’ll find that when you get the radiator set to the proper angle the bottom will move rearward which will result in about 1/4” space between the tank and square tube.

Thx, JK. Made it work at the angle suggested for the breeze lower mount...

[i.e.427]

Use the nose aluminum side panels to set the angle.
