For the openings in the trunk floor, yes. If you're talking about the underside of the trunk lid, no.

Dark Water Customs makes a piece to cover the hole on the underside of the trunk lid, but it's a pretty simple piece and would be easy to template and make yourself out of some 0.040 aluminum.

I made a fiberglass cover out of the hood scoop cutout.

If you do make a cover for that hole, make sure to use rivets made for soft materials like these (https://www.mcmaster.com/97545A120/) from McMaster.
