MK4 15" rim options

Does anyone know why FFR only offers the 15" wheels in 8" and 9" widths? I am considering ordering 15" hali style rims through Northracecar so I can get 15" x 10" for the rear. It seems the 295 50R 15 tires will fit 10" rims better.

Per the manufacturer their recommended rim width is 8-10”. I’ve built 2 cars with 295/50-15 on FFR 9” rim and they work out fine.

Watch your caliper size. The bigger calipers will not fit on 15" wheels.
