Always have a tough time figuring out how to register my Coupe in a car show. Technically it's titled with the state as a 1965 Shelby Daytona.

Should I register it as a 1965 Shelby Daytona Coupe? 1965 Shelby Daytona Coupe Replica? 2019 Factory Five Racing Type 65 Coupe? Do you find judges get bent out of shape if you aren't super clear that it's a replica (even though it should be obvious)?

Also, what category do you generally enter it in? Specialty? 19060s Custom Modified Car? 2019 Custom Modified Car?

I'm sure there isn't a one size fits all answer, but I'm just curious if there are any generally agreed upon "customs" for showing Cobra and Daytona replicas?

I register mine as 1965 Shelby Daytona Replica. Some shows (Fords of Carlisle) have a special construction category which I also choose. The FF roadsters are also in this category at Fords of Carlisle.

I go with Make: "Factory Five Racing" and Model "Cobra Daytona Coupe" and Year "1965".
