Best Free/Low CostCad Program?

Any one have a choice for a free or inexpensive cad program? I may need to get some mounting brackets made up and instead of hacking my own, would like to to send a drawing of and get a nice machined part back.

Fusion 360 is free under the "hobby" license, just need to do the "paperwork" online to get it.

It'll do DXF file format for places like SendCutSend.
