Hey All,
Finally read to get started on my MKII project. It was ordered 20-ish years ago and has been through at least 2 owners, but not a ton of progress was made. I'm swapping out the fox body rear for an SN95, and planning on ordering a 3-link from FFR to be able to squeeze 315s under it.
I need vendor recommendations. Both for parts in general, and also for wheels. What companies should I be bookmarking?
TIA,
Mike

20-ish years, is it a MK2? 315s may require a mod to fit.
Breeze was my go-to for improvements. Check out the many recommendations for parts, a couple off the top of my head: definitely Russ Thompson gas pedal, and Breeze radiator fan shroud, radiator mount, and battery relocate to front.
Good luck!

The 3-link is a good choice. But to run 315s you'll need to modify the frame for clearance. Also, I think the SN95 rear end is wider than fox body, so you may have t h make some modifications there as well. My choice was to convert the rear end to 5-lug and add an adapter to use Cobra calipers. Used 94-95 SN95 front spindles for the front. Enjoy your build, you're in for tons of fun. You might benefit from looking through the archives to research MK II mods.

My go to vendors
Forte - Mikes the best - Cobra drivetrain expert and supplier
Breeze - Mark is great to deal with
Russ Thompson - Just buy the pedal

Regarding 315s; the SN95 rear end is too wide as is (and hopefully you're talking about 1994-1998 because 1999 and up are waaaay to wide). To fit them you'll need to convert the SN95 rear to Fox width with shorter axle shafts and caliper relocation mounts. Great source for this is Richard Oben at North Racecars:

As was mentioned for a Mk2 you'll also need to modify the chassis and some of the rear aluminum. Search the archives for "315 mod".
Good luck,
Jeff
