Fan Thermostat Switch

Guys,

I have a Mk 4 Gen 1 Coyote engine. I wired both the Ron Francis and Coyote cooling fan power circuits in series. Do I still need to connect the dark green-fan thermostat switch wire or will the Coyote computer control this circuit independently.
