Hello,

I have recently made an order (March 8th) and have not heard anything back. I tried to call, but the voice mailbox was full. The next week I was able to leave a message, but no call back. I already paid for the items and its been 20 days. Is this normal? I am thinking of ordering from the alternate Cobra parts store online which seems like the same webpage set up.

Yep, numerous posts about ********** and their responsiveness. Ordering from them is a crap shoot. I recently ordered some small items that I wouldn't need for a while, placed order on Sunday and received them the following Friday. This was near the beginning of February.

As others said, customer service and communication are not Finish Line's strengths. That said, I've ordered from them a number of times and always received my stuff. Eventually. I placed an order a few weeks ago and never heard anything until the stuff just showed up on my doorstep today. That's usually how it goes with them.

I agree with Tom. Just ordered last week. Got an email that the parts were on their way.
