I received my rear WilWood brakes. Note how the emergency brake cable comes in at the 6 o'clock position which would cause the cable to bend/sweep 90 * (Deg) towards the front of the truck

Below shows the factory setup.

The next pic shows an allen-head bolt that comes out and allows you to clock/rotate the "fixed" end that holds the emergency cable (current position is 6 o'clock) I believe it should be more around the 3 o'clock position so the cable will point forward vs down at the ground and would eliminate the 90* bend.

Here's the allen-head closeup

Then, the arm that moves towards the fixed end when the emergency cable is set to "park", the arm would pull towards the fixed end and set the brake. The moveable arm is held in place with a 13mm bolt.

My question is when the 13mm bolt is removed from the swing arm, will the arm pull off so I can rotate it counter clockwise to match the counter clockwise rotation of the fixed arm?

Thx Mark

I can't help you with your question specifically. Do you have instructions showing the assembly can be rotated? I didn't see anything like that in either the truck build manual or the Wilwood instructions. The Factory Five instructions website doesn't have anything either. In absence of any other directions, I installed mine as they came out of the box and the cables route and work OK.

Thx Paul.... after seeing your pic.... I'll leave as is for now and wait until on the truck for any adjustment.
With the drilled and tapped holes around the end, I'm pretty certain it can be rotated.

I did find I could rotate the leaver.... ref my build post for further details vs me posting the same info here.

Thx Mark
