It was floating in the passenger footbox upon delivery. No part number on it, I drew the question mark. Anyone know where it goes?

LH side of firewall per this pic. Also has a filler piece if you don't put anything through it. Which I typically haven't. The notch on the top clears the windshield post.

FYI, you may need to extend that notch down a bit to get clearance for the windshield post. I think I had to remove another 3/4".
Also don't make the mistake of putting bulb seal across that notch like I did.

Correct. And as Chewy said cut that notch down farther so that the windshield post doesn’t conflict.
