There are so many variables there is not really a good answer. Altitude, cam profile, idle speed, timing, engine health, and so on will affect it significantly. With that said, I've tuned a couple of mild 302s w/sniper and the idle map reading is generally between 40 and 50 kpa at 1000' elevation. I believe a stock 302 pulls 18-20" of vacuum, which is around 40 kpa.
