So at this point I’m kinda regretting this dash. I’m doing my best to work with it though. I’m using the Russ Thompson turn signal. I was planning to use the momentary button on the stalk as a horn. Problem is, the dash being pre-cut has a horn button hole already. It’s a big hole. With a caliper it measures .85”. What other switch or something could I use in that hole? Wiper switch is too small, high beams would be kinda silly there if I was able to find a big enough button…. Any ideas? Anyone else run into this dilemma?

You could put the horn button there and use the momentary button on the end of the stalk for high beams/flash to pass.

Yah I was thinking that, except the use of all the relays to make that work scares me lol.

No. Ignore Russ' instructions with all the relays. That's unnecessarily complicated. You can accomplish the same thing with this module from Ididit (https://www.jegs.com/i/Ididit/535/3100006040/10002/-1?gclid=Cj0KCQiA9YugBhCZARIsAACXxeJTpNg2r9Wk1EQCDx 1X3tPJbPZS1Jr9fS9P-kc-dzolO_ZIMS18SRIaAtjqEALw_wcB), which is much easier to wire. Many folks, myself included, have used it and it works well.
Edit: Here's a thread (https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?44022-Russ-Thompson-Turn-Signal-and-IDIDIT-Relay-wiring-schematic) detailing the wiring of the Ididit relay.

Oh wow. Ok, I’ll check that out. That would be much easier. Thanks so much

You can use it for wipers if you use a different switch. I went with this as it matches the headlight switch. It comes with different color orings, I ended up not using any. I liked it plain.

Oh that’s good to know also! So it’s the same size as that horn button?
I added the Russ T turn signals after I built my car. Now I have two horn buttons. Dont be me!

Another option to fill the horn button hole is to add a cigarette lighter/power socket. It is a perfect fit.

I went with the cigarette lighter/12V outlet solution and used the RT stalk button for the horn, Using am foot operated Hi/Lo switch for headlights
