Mounting Rear Bumper Assembly

Are there any instructions and/or videos on mounting the rear bumper assembly? It looks like I'll be dropping the fuel tank, as I placed the bolts "thread in". But that aside, are the kit supplied bolts long enough? There must be some kind of spacers needed between the body and bumper. Please Help...… Thanks to all

Widely discussed here on the forum, the famous Kleiner mod. Allows mounting without removing the tank or trying to reach in there. This is one of many posts: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?38622-Kleiner-Mod. Works for the bumper/overrider setup as well as quick jacks. You just have to drill out the threads on the overriders and install the nuts inside. It's a reach but doable.
