Jeff Miller is ready for my roadster! Excited to get to this point in the build. I have a few weeks before I take it to him so wanted to get some input from those that have been through this process to see what you wished you would have done before paint.

Thanks!!

I trusted my paint guy to dial in the fit of the cutouts (exhaust, side vents, roll bar and windshield holes, etc.) after he did final positioning of the body. I wish I'd taken the time to learn how to properly position the body myself, shaped those cutouts the way I wanted them, and test fit everything on the car before sending it off to paint. I was worried about my ability to position the body properly but in hindsight I should have taken the time to do all of that myself.

I wish I had put at least 19,000 miles on the car in gelcoat ..

Oh wait ... I've done that.
