I'm waiting on a handful of POL parts that is slowing me down. I haven't installed the fuel tank yet, as my fuel system isn't here yet. Can I drill and cleco all the trunk and trunk side panels as well as the Breeze cubby at this point? I would think that since its only drilled and not riveted I can and will need to pull all the trunk panels off when finishing my IRS install, fuel tank, fuel lines, filter etc. But I should be able to drill the entire rear half of the car?
Thanks,
-Bryan

No problems that I can think of! It's definitely better to figure out your drop-trunk mod beforehand. Once the fuel-tank and fuel systems are in it's a PITA to drop it just to fit the drop trunk. (I know because I did that and I wish I did the drop trunk first)

On my build I riveted the trunk aluminum really late into the build as there really wasn't a reason to rivet it in. It doesn't prevent progress of anything in the trunk area. In fact, once you get to figuring out your rear lights you may want to remove the trunk aluminum to splice in the LED converters and stuff. If, like me, you end up having issues to sort out with the fuel system after initial fuel system install it would be great to have that area open.

no issues drilling everything now. you can even pop a couple of rivets in and drill them out later if you're running out of clecos.
remember that you'll need the gas tank out if you're putting in a drop tank mod and the Kleiner mod for the quick jacks. Ask me how I know.
It was nice to be done drilling all the panels and cleaning up all the aluminum shrapnel.
