View Full Version : Fuse block flasher???

Just starting the RF wiring harness and confusion before I can even start. I am sure this is obvious to some, but I have no idea. The very first instructions leave me with a few questions. Since I have an EFI, I understand I need three holes through the firewall, but I cannot locate a grommet for the EFI wiring. I am fine supplying this, but two questions.
1. Is 1-1/4" hole/grommet fine for this, like the other two holes?
2. Which of the three holes is for which wires?
Then to more confusion. The very first instructions tell me to "Remove the two flashers from the panel."
3. There was nothing plugged into the 'turn flasher' or '4 way flasher' slots. Is it safe to assume these are no longer shipped with the fuse block?
The very next steps provide yet another question. They say to "Attach the LED flashers provided in the kit, the wire coming off the flashers will need to be grounded."
4. What are these LED flashers, I cannot locate them. And, where do they attach? Any pictures would be helpful.

Again, these may sound like stupid questions, but I am not sure how to proceed.
Thanks in advance.

Don't pre drill all the holes, you may not need them all, especially if you remove the wires you end up not using. You're right on the flashers, they don't seem to be shipped, so just install the ones you get from FFR. As far as which hole for which, up to you to plan what you want to run where.

Here's a photo of the flashers. Btw, I easily got away with just two holes in the firewall, and that's with using huge 0 gague wire

Were those flasher relays in your kit? I don't have anything like those. Do you have part numbers?

Thanks, I will check again to be sure I don't have them.
