You mentioned a while back about the possibility of building a baja vehicle or some off road vehicle. Could you elaborate on this concept you were imagining? Were you thinking of doing a replica (fj40,44,45,60 or Defender 90,110) or something completely original like the 818 (sort of a grander scale polaris rzr900xp)?
In as much as I am pumped about the 818(and I plan to own one), I have friends in La Paz Mexico and a baja / utility vehicle to have down there or even as my personal DD would be amazing. I absolutely love Icon4x4 stuff although the price is something that makes it unattainable for most, but it has some fascinating engineering behind it. (I thought at one time he mentioned doing kits but doesn't look likely)
I know you guys are deep into other projects and if you don't have time please just promise you will eventually spill your initial thoughts. I have been dreaming of a kit truck or suv for while now and the only thing I have really seen is the rally fighter. I would like to have at least 4 seats for a family vehicle but I have no idea what your thoughts were, dedicated baja vehicle or extremely versatile excursion vehicle?
