I presume there are covers made for these holes in the trunk floor, Am I correct? If so, I don't have them. Are they just top plates or what? How are they attached?

They're just plain flat aluminum plates shaped like the hole, and caulked/riveted on.

Yup, what James said.

To me FFR should have just done away with those holes in that aluminum sheet. Those holes are there to allow the builder to adjust the trunk lid hinges from below the car (with the trunk lid closed) but when I looked into doing that, with the shocks and exhaust mounted and me not having overly long arms I couldn't even reach all the way up to the hinges so they were useless for my needs. I never tried a long socket extension but if memory serves me it wasn't a straight shot up either.
