I deserve that.:rolleyes: I'm in the process of gettin a proper color cobra for the display. That was just hiding on the back of a shelf. ;)

I'd suggest you don't touch it Rich. Mine turned to dust years ago when I tried to move it.
I see someone is selling reproductions on eBay for $200 and there's an original going for $350! A pretty nice markup from the $25 BFGoodrich charged.

I just unrolled it and re-hung it a couple of months ago. It's heavy duty vinyl, like what a boat canopy is made from, it isn't going to fall apart. $350 isn't even enough to think about selling, double I might think on it.

Just trying to help, I must have imagined mine getting brittle and falling apart after being up on the wall for a few years...:rolleyes:

Thanks, I believe what I have must've been made from a different material. I had it hanging up for many years, took it down when I enlarged the shop, rolled it up then forgot about for over a year. I just rehung it about 6 months ago, and is the same as when I bought it, 10-12 yrs ago?

When the car show season begins in the northeast I usually buy about 5-10 sets of those metal cars from Amazon, and give them away to the kids that come by. Occasionally a child will pause, and I suspect they want to ask something so "I offer a did you have a question?" Till I draw out of them, could they have another car for their sister or brother too? So they go running off with two cars trying to find where their sister of brother was.

It does give, for me, that just maybe there is hope for the younger generation if they are willing to share with their sister or brother. And also maybe remember years later, to show their kids a picture of them sitting in a Cobra, and then pull out the metal car they got. While they relate all about that little sports car they saw at a show.

Ya I usually run out of cars in a few weeks, but Amazon get's them to be in packages of 4, each a different color, in time for the next car show!

I bought a super high quality replica of the original BFG banner on the forum 15 or so years ago. Much better made than the original. Done by a real digital artist (his user name started with a K, does anyone remember?) Think it was about $100.
