Moving to old school wheels and tires?

When I first ordered my Coupe I really loved the look of the 18 inch wheels and low-profile tires, but now after a couple of seasons of driving I'm really starting to appreciate the look of the OG 15 inch wheels and hefty sidewalls (with Goodyear stencils of course).

I'd love to have a set of 15s for everyday driving but then be able to swap out to the 18s for track days.

Question... is there a brake setup that would give adequate stopping power for light track use but would fit both 15 and 18 inch rims?
