Raise your transmission tail shaft.
There are spacers included with the mount hardware.

Yup, what theidlemind said, there should be spacers included, if not make some or use washers. Some folk have also inverted the transmission tail bracket.

Yep move things around and use the tremec leveller app to get all the angles right. You’ll find that you have to play with spacers and pinion angle to get it all adjusted correctly and within spec.

Your slip yoke looks like it is wider than mine. The bottom of my trans tailshaft housing at the seal is 1 1/2" from the floor and the slip yoke is 4" across at the u-joints. The closest the slip joint is to the floor is 3/4". Is that the one from your driveshaft? There are 2 widths of u-joints for cars.

Yes, this is the one I took off the driveshaft to keep the tailshaft plugged while working on this thing. My yoke is exactly 4" wide

You need to shim the trans up and/or lower the engine. The engine should be slightly lower in the back from the front.
