Using the Replica Parts Rad Aluminum, was it intended to be installed in the center of the upper crossbar? I’m using Breeze upper and lower mount. I’m asking cause if you install the rad according to the FFR aluminum pieces left/right so it would be visually center you end up with the rad slightly more to the right. (1st pic, center on crossbar,2nd pic centred according to FFR aluminium). What did others do?

Got a reply from Mike Everson. Rad should be installed center on the cross bar

Note that the triangles (some call it horns) that extend forward that the radiator aluminum and quick-jacks mount on are often not centered from the factory. If you know what I'm referring to and have already done the alignment then this won't apply to you. If you haven't done it yet, then very likely the FFR radiator aluminum in your second picture isn't where they should be because the surface they mount on aren't centered. See this thread for more details on aligning the front triangle members. https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?27790-Initial-Body-Fitting-Questions

The side pieces where designed to fit the Mustang donor radiator, which had to be offset because of the fill cap. It makes zero difference if the radiator is or isn't centered, just the side pieces don't fit 100%.

Oh interesting! I always though the side pieces are designed to fit with the FFR provided radiator.
