MarkIV rear rectangular taillights

Has anyone ever found a replacement for the rear taillights that integrate a reverse light? Like maybe a white section on the middle like most cars?

I hope not. Because if they have, now I have to redo some wiring and get new tail lights, because I'd want that :D
