I've been wanting to start posting on my progress since mid summer. My inability to get the photo album stuff to work had me put it off time and time again. I have to acknowledge my totally awesome wife that not only supports this build but encourages it. She helped me with the garage insulation and painting. To top it all off she pulled through with figuring out how to upload these pics onto the forum. I would never have gotten it on my own...lol.
I built a shed for all that stuff that doesn't support the roadster build.
I rented a POD for the month of January to store all the garage stuff while the reno was in full swing.
Got what needed to be done in the nick of time for the POD to be taken away.
There is still some work to be done but nothing in the way of my MK4 that Stewart Transport says will likely show up MID WEEK;)

Congrats on your new project. Looks great in there. I too have been blessed with a very tolerant and encouraging wife. Make sure she gets a roll bar!

Garage looks great!
Keep in mind, you can't have too much light.

looks great
Pro painter tip, use a broom handle in the roller handle, it will make the job easier, no ladder and less bending. And yea after 30 years in this house the garage is still not painted.....

Very nice garage! I am lucky to have a garage at home waiting for my 33 Hot Rod arriving in June. My wife also encouraged me to pursue this project. We are lucky guys.179476179477
