I finished my MK4 build. Very pleased with the outcome, even after all the logistics delays with the parts. I received the kit on march 23, 2022 and since I retired in January, I had plenty of time on my hands.

I cut the wings off of the Gen 3 Mustang cover and used just the center section. The two painted covers, I made from 18-20 ga sheet metal with a little English wheel work and some welding. I made some stand-off brackets to hold them up off of the coil packs.179182

Fortunately I am going someplace warm for the rest of the winter. That should help pass the time til spring when I can get it out to drive.
