I love the look of wheels like this with a darker middle part. Since the Halibrand Replica from FFR has a plastic cover for wheel nuts, they can't be powder coated. How do I achieve this look?

The lug cover is metal. We routinely have them powder coated along with the wheels.

This cool stuff called, paint. ;) You can get it mixed any color you like.
