Can someone please give me these measurements?

I'm in the process of riveting the Breeze seat bases to the cockpit floor, and I'd like to get the inboard row of rivets into center of the 4" tubes. Unfortunately, with the cockpit floor sheetmetal and carpeting already in place, there's no easy way to ID exactly where the 4" tubes are. If someone with a bare frame who hasn't yet installed their cockpit floors could please give me the measurement from the inboard seat belt tabs to the center of the 4" tubes on both sides, I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry for the bad photo, but here's a screen grab from the manual showing what I'm looking for.

John, I get 6 1/8” (both sides) from the side of the seatbelt tab to the center of the 4” tube.
