Door pull cables, what have you used?

I'm doing interior door pulls and will need a cable and pully to route the cables to the latches. I see Lokar makes a kit DLR-2100. What have you guys used?

I am using the jacketed cables provided by FFR with the interior and exterior door handles. The cables are jacketed so no pulley required.

You will also need these to attach the cable to the latch.

I used aftermarket handles, not the FFR kit. I bought the Lokar kit that you are looking at
