Just a couple of quick wiring questions - I will probably have more later on, but just want to get a couple of thoughts worked out. Sorry if these are stupid, but I am not the smartest guy in the room when it comes to wiring. Very overwhelmed, but I am just trying to break it down 1 piece at a time.
Setup - MK4 complete kit, with a Powerjection III (PJ3), MSD 8352 Ready-to-Run Distributor, plain coil and in tank fuel pump.
1 - I am running the PJ3 Orange Wire directly to the RF fuel pump wire. That being said, I am not really thrilled about having an Inertia Switch and wanted to know if I can just cut the Inertia switch off and solder the wires together. I am sure this is not recommended by FFR but I am just not interested in having to hook up this circuit.
2 - Orange RF Coil Wire. Please confirm that I just connect this to the + side of the coil.
3 - I have read that each circuit requires its own ground. Is this truly the case? If so, I will need to take every ground wire that is in the RF harness and terminate it to its own chassis ground? I just want to make sure that all my lights, fan, fuel pump, gauges, etc work and if a separate ground is required, then so be it.
Thanks in advance.
