With the daytona getting painted last spring, decided to let the paint go through the entire summer before wet sand, cut and polish. Decent amount of work but happy with the results.

I like those headlights - they have turn signals in the halo? What type are they and where did you buy them? Nice job on the cut and polish - I've done that and it's a lot of work, but you got a really nice result, beautiful car!

I have the same headlights (or very similar) like the look a lot better.
Pretty car - I'll be the first....... um... What color blue?

Color is the same as a 2005 Ford GT - Midnight Blue with Ford Performance white stripes

I'm just about to the part where I'm going to need to do this - any pics or suggestions on what you fabricated? Trying to make something aim able seems like a challenge in that spot.....

Nice work! It must be a real emotional rollercoaster to sand a new paint job down to that level before polishing it back up :)

Sorry for the delay, brackets were simple. Some angle iron with some bolts welded then bolted through the fiberglass. 178415178416
