Shorty headers

Found these foxbody headers for a pretty good price on marketplace. Will they fit my Mark II? Was told it's a '94 302. Sidepipe shown came with my car.

And by "fit", I'm asking if they would likely be a bolt-on, or if some fabrication would likely be needed.

they look like mine as well. I found that i needed to grind down some of the header flange to get a socket on my #1 spark plug.
